Answer: You book with us by paying a booking advance of 5%. 45% payment to be paid at the time of Design Sign-off. 30% payment to be made once 50% work is completed on site. Final 20% payment to be made once 80% work is completed on site.

Answer: You can claim a complete refund only on the booking advance within 48hrs from the date of payment. Refund will not be possible once the design phase has started.
